This notice outlines the terms and procedures for canceling a construction or home improvement project with 3 Guys Enterprises.
Cancellation by the Client:
Clients wishing to cancel a signed Service Agreement must provide written notice to 3 Guys Enterprises. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notification.
Cancellation Before Work Commences: If cancellation occurs before work begins and before non-refundable materials are ordered, the client may be responsible for covering reasonable administrative and preparatory costs incurred by 3 Guys Enterprises. Refund of any deposit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation After Work Commences: If cancellation occurs after work has started or after non-refundable materials have been ordered, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, as well as the cost of any non-refundable materials. The initial deposit may be non-refundable in such cases.
Cancellation by 3 Guys Enterprises:
3 Guys Enterprises reserves the right to cancel a project under circumstances such as:
Client's failure to adhere to the terms of the Service Agreement (e.g., payment delays).
Unforeseen conditions that make the project unsafe or impossible to complete.
In the event of cancellation by 3 Guys Enterprises before work begins (and due to reasons not attributable to the client), any deposit paid will typically be refunded.
