At 3 Guys Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the materials we use. We are committed to providing you with reliable and long-lasting results for your construction and home improvement projects.
Our Workmanship Warranty
We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects for a period of 5 YEARS from the date of project completion (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty covers issues directly resulting from our installation or construction methods under normal use and conditions.
During the Warranty Period, if you discover a defect in our workmanship covered by this warranty, please notify us promptly in writing. Upon verification of the defect, 3 Guys Enterprises will, at its option, either repair the defective workmanship at no cost to you or arrange for the repair to be done.
What Our Workmanship Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature (e.g., storms, floods).
Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects in materials not supplied by 3 Guys Enterprises (unless the issue is directly related to our installation of those materials).
Minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the work.
Customer-supplied materials.
Material Warranties
Materials used in your project may be covered by separate warranties provided by the respective manufacturers. These manufacturer warranties will vary depending on the product and the manufacturer's terms. We will provide you with any applicable manufacturer warranty information for the materials used in your project. Warranty claims for materials should typically be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us in writing with a detailed description of the issue, the project address, and the date of completion (if known). Please refer to your project agreement for specific contact information or use the contact details on our "Contact Us" page.
We will review your claim and schedule an inspection if necessary to assess the issue.
Your Rights Under Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
